We are also provided opportunities by a most valuable source – professionals such as architects, town planners and major landholders across the eastern seaboard.
Results Orientated
Seek Invest Grow is only paid for performance of the brief and a small upfront engagement fee to mobilise the search. We will save you time and money reaching opportunities and vendors that typically would not be available to the general public. From the outset, you will be advised on how long it may take to complete the search. If we do not deliver on our agreement, we will refund your initial engagement fee*.
Networks
As per Market Coverage, SIG prides itself on having strong networks and connections in the industry. This is very important as we get a look in before a property hits the market or are invited to participate in an off-market campaign given we have the right buyer on board.
Due Diligence
We have internal and external professionals who perform due diligence and feasibility studies while your buyers advocate source the opportunity and negotiates the deal. We can work with your accountants and lawyers to ensure you have the right structure when purchasing or we can provide experts in this field to assist.
Ongoing Support
Unlike most buyer’s advocates, we have the expertise to continue supporting you when you purchase your property. We draw on an abundance of professionals to help you such as; our personalised concierge can assist with your move in and schedule tradespeople, leasing agents to manage the leasing campaign and ongoing management, project managers to assist with any property improvements or alterations you may need to maximise your investment returns and development managers to assist in redeveloping your site and manage the whole process for you.
Cost
This is discussed at our first meeting and our fees are in line with our service. Fees start from 0.5% of the purchase price for our buyer’s advocacy services.
